Effect

The air oil separator is one of the important components of the entire submersible electric pump system. Its function is firstly to enter the suction port of the multistage centrifugal pump as oil and gas. Secondly, before the mixed liquid enters the multistage centrifugal pump, it is released by the separator. The gas is separated from the well fluid to reduce the influence of gas on the working characteristics of the submersible electric pump, prevent cavitation and air lock from being generated by the centrifugal pump, and enable the multistage centrifugal pump to work normally.

Replacement method

1. Built-in models:

          1. The air compressor is stopped, the air pressure outlet is closed, and the drain valve is opened to confirm that the system is not under pressure.

          2. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas tank and remove the pipeline from the pressure maintenance valve outlet to the cooler.

          3. Remove the return line.

          4. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas drum and remove the upper cover of the barrel.

         5. Remove the oil separator and replace it with a new oil separator.

         6. Install in the reverse order of disassembly.

2. External model:

The air compressor is stopped, the air pressure outlet is closed, and the drain valve is opened. After confirming that the system is not under pressure, the old oil separator can be removed and replaced with a new oil separator.

Safe use

1.There is a safety valve on the end cap of the air compressor oil tank. When the air pressure in the oil tank reaches 1.1 times of the set value, the safety valve automatically opens, and some air is released to reduce the air pressure in the oil tank. The method of checking the safety valve is to gently pull the bleeder lever on the safety valve when the compressor is fully loaded. If the safety valve can vent outward, it is considered normal.

2. A pressure gauge is installed on the oil tank, and the pressure before the filter is detected. The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with a drain valve. The drain valve should be opened periodically to drain the water and dirt deposited on the bottom of the oil tank.

3. There is a transparent oil level mirror next to the oil tank to show the level of the oil level in the oil tank. The correct oil level is when the air compressor is working normally, the oil level is in the middle position of the upper and lower sides. If it is too high, it will run away. Too low will affect the safety of the whole machine.

4. The oil tank is a professional manufacturer of pressure vessels that must have manufacturing qualifications. Each oil tank has a unique number and certificate.
