The assembly of the bearing bush should pay attention to the following points:
1. Have good cleanliness
Due to poor cleanliness, there are particulate impurities on the inner surface of the bearing shell or between the shaft and the bearing bush due to particulate impurities in the oil or in the oil passage, which easily and quickly scratches the shaft and the tile, and generates burnt tiles.
2. Have a good fit
The fit of the outer circle of the bearing shell and the seat hole is mainly to ensure the thermal conductivity. Especially for the old car or the connecting rod and the main shaft, the deformation of the seat hole is relatively large, so the seat hole must be repaired during assembly. It is allowed to add foreign materials such as copper sheets due to deformation of the seat hole.
3. Preload
The pre-tightening force of the seat cover should be appropriate when assembling. If the pre-tightening force is too large, the bearing bush will be plastically deformed and the amount of spring opening of the tile will be lost. As a result, the pre-tightening force of the biting shaft burning tile will cause a slight rotation of the bearing bush during operation, and the tile will be abnormally damaged.
4. Assembly clearance
When the engine is working, there is a lubricating oil film between the main shaft and the tile to float the main shaft to make the shaft and the tile move relative to each other. Then it is required to have a certain fit between the shaft and the tile. The size of the assembly gap is related to the material of the bearing bush and the size of the main shaft. The specific size of the assembly gap is specified in our product instructions. When adjusting the assembly clearance, it is strictly forbidden to pad copper, paper and other materials between the tile back and the seat hole; it is strictly prohibited to scrape the inner circle of the bearing bush.
5. lubricating oil
Be sure to follow the engine instructions to use the replacement lubricant to periodically change the lubricant. Do not use aging lubricants.
6. Do not overload work for a long time
7. Avoid frequent sudden braking or quick (no shifting) start.
8. After replacing the bearing bush, the car must be idling for about 2 hours to ensure the full running of the shaft and the tile. Never exercise immediately with load.
