Remove the protective case and check the surface of the contact for dirt and burning.if have dirt content, usable cleaner paper wipes contact surface.if the contact is ablated or uneven, resulting in poor contact, generally use "00" Sandpaper or sand bars to rub it flat, and finally wipe with clean paper.
Check the firmness of each connector, measure the resistance and resistance of each coil.if there is any damage, repair or replace it in time.
Check the closing voltage and reverse current of the cut-out, the limit voltage of the throttler, the limit current of the throttler, and the gap and air gap of various contacts.if it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted.
Check the adjusted automatic voltage regulator. When starting the diesel engine, pay attention to the indicator of the charging ammeter.if the diesel engine is running at above medium speed, the current meter still points to the "-" Side, which indicates that the contact of the interrupter is not disconnected, the earthing switch should be quickly disconnected.otherwise, the battery, automatic voltage regulator transformer and charging generator will be damaged.if the pointer of the ammeter still points to "0" After the diesel engine is started at the rated speed, the adjustment indicated is not adjusted according to the technical requirements and should be checked and adjusted again.
