Many users of hydraulic systems react, some of them will be deformed when they are used, but they can't find the reason. According to observations and experiments, the following reasons are summarized.
The first possibility is that there is a problem with the storage environment of the filter element.
The filter element also has a shelf life. If you do not pay attention to the surrounding environment when storing and storing the filter element, it may also reduce the actual service life of the filter element. If the storage environment is wet and the time is too long, the service life and quality will be less than the actual design life.
The second possibility is the overdue use of the filter element.
The filter element works normally for 2000-2500 hours, during which the filtration effect is the best. Exceeding this time, the adhesion impurities on the filter element will affect the filtration effect, resulting in excessive pressure difference. In this case, the filter element should be replaced in time. If the pressure difference is too high for a long time, the excessive pressure will continuously squeeze the filter wall, and the strength of the overdue use is not as good as the new filter. In the long run, the central tube will be crushed and the filter will be deformed.
Another type is that the pressure difference before the filter replacement is too high, and it is in a high pressure state.
If it is determined that there is no error in the time of replacing the filter element, and there is no problem in the state of the previous preservation, it may be that the pressure relief work is not paid attention to during the replacement, and the filter element that is not fully relieved is subjected to excessive pressure difference when it is replaced. It may cause the filter element to be crushed.
In addition, the use cycle time is too long, the filter storage time may be too long, the meter shows that the pressure difference is too high for a long time and the filter element is not replaced in time, which is an important factor causing the filter filter deformation.
There is also a problem of deformation in the use of hydraulic oil filters, but if our staff is serious and responsible, this will almost never happen. Therefore, we recommend that all technicians be responsible and take measures if they find that the meter pressure difference is too high or too low.
