When the rotation of the rotor speed is less than 5000 r/min, the centrifugal filter filtration effect is obvious; If the rotation of the rotor speed is less than 2000 r/min, the filter filtration capacity would be lost.

The rotation of the rotor speed can generally be test on the diesel engine. The diesel engine's starting to rated speed, when the oil temperature above 60 ℃, make the diesel engine to stop operation, the rotor due to inertia will continue to rotate and crisp continuous "buzzing" sound, the sound from big to small, until disappear when rotor stop running. Under normal circumstances the noise usually they last about 40 s. Also can remove the rotor cover for inspection, if the rotor no sediment in the inner chamber, and the coarse filter and lube oil is very dirty, this shows that the rotation of the rotor speed is too low, can not meet the technical requirements, should be checked in detail.

If after the inspection, the speed of the rotor can not meet the specified requirements, the response to the following parts for maintenance.

1 check of rotor caused by sediment.

2 check the rotor itself whether there is oil leakage.

3 check the wear condition of the nozzle.

4 check the axial clearance of the rotor, the clearance is 0.3 ~ 0.6 mm, commonly is too big or too small will affect the rotation of the rotor speed.
