For example, if it needs to be replaced immediately after clogging, pay attention to the system fuel tank and pipeline flushing. When refueling, pass the oiling device with filter. Do not let the oil in the fuel tank directly contact with air. Do not mix old and new oil.
1, the hydraulic filter is used in the hydraulic system to filter out particulate debris and rubber impurities in the system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil must be filtered when refueling, and the refueling tool should be clean and reliable. It is not possible to remove the filter at the fuel tank filler port in order to increase the fueling speed. Refuelers should use clean gloves and overalls.
2, to ensure that the hydraulic oil is not used at high temperatures; the oil will oxidize and degrade quickly at high temperatures; the air filter on the hydraulic station should use a filter that can both filter particles and filter moisture.
3, the hydraulic system cleaning oil must use the same hydraulic oil used in the system, the oil temperature is between 45 ~ 80 ° C, with large flow as much as possible to carry away impurities in the system. The hydraulic system should be cleaned more than three times. After each cleaning, the oil is completely discharged from the system. After cleaning, clean the filter and replace it with new oil.
4. The precision filter element is used to filter the hydraulic oil, so that the pollution degree of the oil product is maintained at NAS<8 level for a long time. The filter element that comes with the equipment generally has poor precision, and the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil cannot be guaranteed, because the hydraulic limit of the hydraulic station is only 5um. The accuracy of the self-contained filter element is often greater than this size. It is scientifically required that the pollution degree of the general hydraulic station is controlled to be less than 8 in the NAS, and the requirements for the device with the servo mechanism are higher, less than 7 levels, if you remove the servo valve. Then you understand everything, why the pollution degree of hydraulic oil should be controlled so high. It is best to buy a precision oil filter for online filtration, and now some filter core accuracy has reached 0.1um.
5. Disassemble the hydraulic fuel tank cap, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts during maintenance. When the hydraulic system oil passage is exposed, avoid dust. The disassembled parts must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If the hydraulic fuel tank cap is removed, first remove the dirt around the fuel tank cap, loosen the fuel tank cap and remove any debris left in the joint (can not be washed with water to prevent water from seeping into the tank), and confirm that the fuel tank cap can be opened after cleaning. If you need to use the wiping material and the hammer, you should choose a wiping material that does not remove fiber impurities and a special hammer that is attached to the rubber. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled by high-pressure air drying. Use a properly packaged genuine filter element (if the package is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may not be clean). Clean the filter at the same time as the oil change. Before installing the filter element, apply the wiping material to carefully remove the dirt inside the filter case.
