Purpose: The function of a fuel filter is to remove harmful impurities, moisture, and gums from the finished fuel in the fuel system, prevent blockage of the fuel system (especially the fuel injectors), reduce mechanical wear, ensure stable engine operation, and improve reliability

Principle: Fuel filters generally have two or more stages, which are divided into diesel coarse and fine filters, also known as oil-water separators and diesel fine filters. They are installed between the diesel tank and the fuel pump, as well as between the fuel pump and the fuel injection pump. Some diesel engines also have settling cups to settle water and impurities in the diesel.

Replace the diesel filter of the excavator every 250 hours of use.

The use of inferior fuel filters can accelerate the wear of precision components and cause a decrease in pump oil pressure when impurities from diesel fuel enter the fuel injection pump. If moisture and gum in the fuel enter the cylinder, it will cause poor
