Safety Shutdown

Power off the main supply booster pumps and exhaust all remaining internal pressure from the membrane housing vessel.

Remove Vessel Cap

Take off the end closure plates from the pressure vessel housing and check for internal debris or biological scaling.

Inspect Seal Orientations

Take out the old element and clean the vessel interior. Lubricate the brine seal on the new membrane using a water-soluble lubricant.

Insert Membrane Element

Slide the membrane element smoothly into the housing, ensuring the fluid flow directional arrow on the label points toward the discharge port.

Secure Interconnectors

Seat the central interconnector tubes firmly into the product water core tube ends without pinching the small O-rings.

Re-seal and Flush

Replace the vessel caps tightly. Start up the system under low feed pressure, flushing out initial permeate volume for 20 minutes before routing to production.
